Sleep Technologist Registered - Sleep Lab

Position Highlights:

• SIGN-ON BONUS: $7,500

• Location: 130 S. Main Street and 701 Main Street, Lombard, IL

• Full Time/Part Time: Part-Time, 20 hours weekly

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00pm to 6:00am. Weekend rotation, every other Friday and Saturday.

What you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Completion of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine A-Step On-Line Clinical Modules Technologist Education Program within 90 days of hire

• Demonstrates computer proficiency and familiarity of Microsoft Office Applications

• Minimum six months of direct patient care experience or

• Completion of a medical assistant or nursing assistant program within the past six months

• Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills

• Demonstrates appropriate social skills and the ability to follow direction

• Current CPR certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross

What you will do:

A Sleep Technologist Registered develops competency in and performs the basics of polysomnographic testing and associated interventions under the direction of a Sleep Technologist Registere II and/or III in accordance with the established policies and procedures.
