Job Description

The University of Missouri's Division of Pulmonology and Critical Care is expanding its services to include a lung cancer screening program. We are seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant interested in contributing to the development and running of a centralized lung cancer screening clinic with same-day results. This person selected for this role will work in an outpatient setting in a purely clinical capacity. The anticipated schedule for this role will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. New graduates will be considered as extensive training will be provided.

Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications

NURSE PRACTITIONER - SPECIALTY CARE (6435)

Master of Science in Nursing degree.
Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days.
Must be granted a "Document of Recognition" from the Missouri Board of Nursing.

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT SPECIALTY CARE (6804)

Physicians Assistant (PA) licensure by the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or strong interest in caring for Pulmonology patients.

Anticipated Hiring Range

University Title: NURSE PRACTITIONER - SPECIALTY CARE (6435) or PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT SPECIALTY CARE (6804)
Salary Range: $90,251 - $147,285 annually
Grade: PAT - 012
