Requisition ID req29812 Working Title Admin Assistant 2 Position Grade 07 Position Summary The Center for Development and Disability (CDD), established in 1990, is New Mexico's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research and Service. These centers, authorized by the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act, build the capacities of states and communities to respond to the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The Medically Fragile Case Management Program (MFCMP) at CDD provides support to individuals and families who are medically fragile through RN case management. Administrative support is integral to the day-to-day strict contractual guidelines that include specialized paperwork and meeting crucial paperwork deadlines. The program is needing additional administrative support and is seeking a full-time Admin Assistant 2. This position will be responsible for editing and formatting all paperwork from RN/case managers, the CDD, UNM, Medicaid and Department of Health. Accuracy and good organizational skills are very important in this role. Regular Duties include:

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
