Position Summary LLSS is recruiting for Part-TimeInstructors in the following areas: American Indian Education, Bilingual Education, TESOL Education, Educational Thought and Sociocultural Studies, Literacy and Languages, and Qualitative research. This faculty member will be expected to participate in enhancing the coherence and effectiveness of the teacher preparation programs. LLSS is recruiting qualified instructors for the followingcourses: LLSS 453/580, Theoretical and Cultural Foundations of Bilingual Education/ Educ. Bilingual Studies LLSS 315, Educating Linguistically and Culturally Diverse Students LLSS 321, School and Society LLSS 432, Teaching of Social Studies LLSS 459/ LLSS 559, Second Language Literacy LLSS 482/581, Teaching English as a Second Language LLSS 570, Science and Native American Education Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in the discipline or subfield. Two years of successful teaching experience related to course topic.
