Global Ties ABQ is seeking a Community Engagement
Coordinator to assist with community awareness and outreach. The Community
Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Global Ties Events
(Global Pub Quiz, Volunteer Appreciation Event), volunteer outreach and
recruitment, external membership communications, and creating, developing and
publishing engaging content for our social media platforms including the Global
Ties Citizen Diplomacy Blog.

The mission of Global Ties ABQ is to contribute to world
peace by connecting emerging international leaders to the people of New Mexico.
We do this through international exchange programs bringing about 400 emerging
leaders from over 120 countries to Albuquerque per year. Our mission is to facilitate highly
structured professional exchanges and create international community-building
activities. Our vision is to be the
leader in creating meaningful global engagement and building professional
networks to advance Albuquerque as a thriving international city.

This position will pay at $15.00 for 20 hrs./wk. We work in
a hybrid environment and scheduled hours are flexible although some evening and
weekends may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

Required
Must be proficient in MS Office products.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
Well organized with excellent time management skills
Have an eye for design and knowledgeable about graphic design
Proficient in Canva or Adobe Products
Have pleasant and welcoming telephone manner

Preferred
Experience with Wordpress and CRM systems
