Position Summary

Organization: New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science

Location: 1801 Mountain Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104

An Off-Campus Work-Study Position

Job Duties:

* Geoscience Assistant will assist the Geoscience Collections Manager with cataloging and rehousing fossil specimens and entering specimen data into the museum's database. Assistant will be handling delicate fossil specimens and following museum standards in all tasks.
* This position works a total of 15 hours per week (30 per two weeks' pay period). These hours will be scheduled with the supervisor and occur within a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm work week.
