ACADEMIC NEUROHOSPITALIST BRIGHAM AND WOMEN'S HOSPITAL DEPARTMENT OF NEUROLOGY Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a board-certified Neurologist as a Neuro-hospitalist. The candidate will be hired for inpatient clinical duties and is also expected to participate in quality improvement initiatives and/or teaching of residents, fellows, students, and physician assistants, and/or clinic research. Clinical duties are divided between two locations, the main campus at the Brigham and Woman's Hospital in Boston, MA and either South Shore Hospital in South Weymouth, MA or Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain, MA. The majority of the time will be spent at either South Shore Hospital or Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital. Academic appointment at Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training, and achievements. The Harvard appointment carries an obligation to teach within the Harvard community a minimum of 50 hours per year. We anticipate the successful candidate will be qualified for appointment at the Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor level.
