The Division of Student Affairs- Student Auxiliary Services Job Description
The Division of Student Affairs has an exciting opportunity in Student Auxiliary Services. The primary purpose of the Conference Support Associate is to assess, assign, and coordinate the event and conference resources available through Student Auxiliary Services, to include the Student Union, Student Success Center, Residential Life, and outdoor auxiliary spaces. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Provide front line customer service to clients via phone, email, in-person, and specialized software interaction. Minimum Qualifications
A High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Highly organized, with the ability to deliver quality customer service in a fast-paced environment. Experience in event management, scheduling, or logistics management. Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary range for this position: $15.00 - $16.89 per hour, commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity. Application Deadline
