The Center for Alzheimer Research and Treatment is looking for a highly motivated and organized full-time employee to lead recruitment and outreach efforts, aimed at promoting research awareness and participation, primarily in communities historically underrepresented in clinical research, including the Spanish speaking community, as well as from local clinics. The incumbent will be responsible for several tasks related to recruitment, including (but not limited to): memory screenings, connecting with potential community organizations to help build sustainable relationships, build rapport with potential research participants including clinic patients and their family members. Shifts will include periodic evening and/or weekend hours contingent on outreach and recruitment programming. The incumbent will be expected to work on site three days a week and the other two days will be offsite.
