Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Major Gifts, the Associate Director will be responsible for designing and implementing major gifts strategies to increase philanthropic support for Brigham and Women's Hospital with a particular focus on specialties within either the Heart and Vascular Institute or Surgery/Cancer and other areas as assigned. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts in the six- and seven-figure range, and be directly responsible for annually raising a minimum of $1M annually.
