Plant Manager Liaison

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager Liaison to lead and enhance our manufacturing operations around the El Paso-Juarez Borderplex. You will coach and mentor plant management teams, with focus on maximizing efficiency, quality, and productivity. This role requires a strategic entrepreneur with extensive experience in plant management and a strong track record of success.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor plant management teams to deliver best-in-industry performance in all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production, engineering, quality, materials management, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and optimize resource utilization.
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed goals in process yields, on-time delivery, cycle time, labor efficiency, and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and systems.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Minimum of 10+ years in general management expertise (Operations & P&L) in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of running operations with 200 employees or more.
• Proven experience in leading plant turnarounds and achieving operational excellence.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience working in Mexico/Latin America and fluency in Spanish.
• Regular onsite presence in the area is a must
