Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Part-time Admissions Assistant for the Evanston campus.

Temporary Job Description:

This position will be supporting the MS in Machine Learning and Data Science Program's Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator with email correspondence and processing of applications during the admissions season which lasts eight months from October to May. Primary responsibilities will consist of email correspondence focused on assisting prospective applicants with general questions regarding the application process or the program. Application processing will consist of preparing applications for evaluation by 1) verifying that all materials have been received and are ready for evaluation and 2) reviewing standardized test scores and transcripts to highlight relevant courses, best overall scores, and any other important highlights in the application evaluation system, Slate.

  • Organizational skills

Software Required:

Familiarity with Slate, Outlook, or SES preferred.
