Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and the Division of Hospital Based Medicine are seeking pediatric hospitalists on the non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator track at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor or Health System Clinician for three locations:

With 1,245 pediatric specialists focusing on 70 specialties in multiple locations, Lurie Children's is the largest pediatric specialty provider in the region. Full-time and part-time pediatric hospitalist positions are available at Lurie Children's, Prentice Women's Hospital, and Outreach Partner Hospitals. Lurie Children's Hospital, Lurie Children's Immediate Care Centers, and Prentice Women's Hospital: Opportunities for exclusively NICU, PICU or Immediate care positions are available, in addition to tertiary/community split positions with our Outreach Hospitalist Division. We welcome applicants interested in careers in Academic Hospital Medicine, as well as applicants interested in spending shorter periods in Hospital Medicine before entering fellowships in Pediatric Subspecialties such as Neonatology and Pediatric Critical Care. These positions offer opportunities to work with pediatric residents, medical students and advanced practice nurses. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience. Outreach Partner Hospitals located in Chicago and the Chicago suburbs: As a pediatric hospitalist with Lurie Children's, you will receive competitive pay including vacation, malpractice insurance, medical, dental and retirement benefits.
