GENERAL SUMMARY: In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, provides therapeutic services including evaluation, treatment, and education. Monitors the treatment activities of COTA's and aides. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Work Experience: * Successful completion of clinical internship. * Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience preferred. C.
