Evanston, IllinoisAdd to Favorite Jobs Email this Job Department: Univ Enrollment Hours per week: 37.5 Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Administration and Finance, the Administrative Assistant 3 coordinates administrative processes and prioritizes, directs, and responds to business matters involving administrative functions associated with education, research, and/or operations. Creates and maintains associated documents, spreadsheets, databases, meetings, special events, etc. and alerts supervisor of critical issues and upcoming events. Processes invoices, submits supply orders, audits expense reports, assists with event planning, and supports student and temp hiring for the seven departments within University Enrollment. Target hiring range for this position will be between $23.50-$25.50 per hour. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
