Evanston, IllinoisAdd to Favorite Jobs Email this Job Department: Temp Center Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Full-time Mail & Package Center Clerk for the Evanston campus. 1 position available Participate in the distribution of inbound and campus mail. Process USPS, UPS, and FedEX shipments. Work closely with and provide excellent customer service to a diverse population of students and staff supporting Residential Services on campus. Participate in seasonal peak of opening. Must be able to lift packages up to 50 lbs. Detail-oriented, customer service skills, use of basic technology and software (Microsoft Office, Pitney-Bowes, Mercury) Qualifications Required: A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience; High level of organizational skills and attention to detail; Diligent and can work independently; Experience working with confidential information; Professionalism; Flexibility, adaptability in a fast paced environment. Software Required: MS Office suite 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
