Evanston, IllinoisAdd to Favorite Jobs Email this Job Department: MCC Research Administration Job Summary: Director of PhD Program Administration is responsible for leadership of McCormick TGS (The Graduate School) Doctoral Programs. Reporting directly to the Associate Dean of Research and Doctoral Education, the position leads cohesive management of existing and future programs. The Director oversees PhD program administration including recruitment, enrollment, fellowship management, academic standards, graduate student labor union matters, student learning environment and experience for more than 1,000 PhD students in McCormick. Serves as the school advisor for the McCormick Graduate Leadership Council (MGLC). Represents McCormick with various Northwestern and external entities. Provides other related analysis and support of the Office of Research and Graduate Affairs and those initiatives identified as priorities by the Dean and Senior Associate Dean. *Note: Not all aspects of the job are covered by this job description. Target hiring range for this position will be between $110,260 - $150,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
