Job Summary:
Completes efforts and projects related to the operation, support, maintenance, and upgrade of multi-tier information technology application solutions including software installation and configuration, server operating systems, networking, and storage management.
Administers, maintains, and supports complex and critical application infrastructure. Provides support and guidance to application product owners and software developers on system setup, configuration changes, and upgrades. Analyzes performance and resolves problems or makes appropriate recommendations. Ensures that all operability aspects of an environment are delivered as part of the implementation and product lifecycle process while ensuring expected service levels are maintained or improved.
Contributes to and ensures full compliance with operational standards, procedures, and best practices. The Senior Systems Engineer could serve as project manager and product or service owner in this role.
Participates in scheduled on-call rotation and responds to service management ticket queues for support and service requests.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Six (6) years system administration or other relevant experience required. Cloud integration desired.

Target hiring range for this position will be between $111,803-$129,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
