Job Summary Under the supervision of the OTR, the COTA implements treatment programs for patients with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial dysfunction. The individual in this position is required to appropriately interact with all patients regardless of age or culture and to adhere to the Beaumont customer service standards. Works weekends and holidays. Essential Functions Under the supervision of an OTR, implements treatment and discharge plans. Collaborates with the OTR in determining treatment methods and media, assists with re-evaluating and updating treatment plans. Instructs and trains family or significant others. Meets productivity.
Qualifications Required Associate's Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university occupational therapy assistant program.
