FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: Day Position Summary The Cardiovascular Diagnostics Manager is responsible for the management of Puget Sound Region Cath Lab operations, enterprise wide hemodynamic recording systems, procedural float pool and the ICT educational program. Additional oversight of the clinical operations of structural heart, electrophysiology, vascular, pediatric and general cardiology systemwide. Operations include the provision of resources and an environment that facilitates customer service with optimal, cost efficient patient care delivery. This position defines and monitors the standards of patient care, ensures availability and appropriate utilization of needed human and material resources, supports collaboration between nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.Requirements

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $130,499.00 - $187,782.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
