Customer Experience Professional (CEP)

The Customer Experience Professional (CEP) for App XChange at Trimble Integrations is expected to apply expert knowledge of App XChange solutions and their impact to our customer base. A successful CEP at Trimble Integrations will work across departments to deliver proactive support to our customer base. This includes product knowledge, upselling, and renewals.

Responsibilities of the Customer Experience Professional Include:

  • Be the primary contact and advocate for a subset of our App XChange customers

  • Develop relationships and communicate regularly with key external decisions makers including C-Suite executives

  • Help to drive App Xchange customer satisfaction and ensure they are finding success with the platform

  • Communicate product updates to App XChange customers/end users

  • Provide customer feedback to internal product teams to drive improvements

  • Communicate with strategic partners and internal teams in a clear, proactive, direct manner at all times. This will include ensuring that you get agreement with them on plans/timelines/expectations and having tough conversations as needed.

Bonus points for knowledge of one or more of the following:

  • Sage 300 CRE construction accounting software

  • Spectrum by Viewpoint construction software

  • Vista by Viewpoint construction management software

  • Knowledge and experience with the phases of the construction life-cycle including accounting practices and project management.

Required Education and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree, preferred

  • Previous account management and/or project management experience

  • Knowledge of APIs and/or large database programs.

  • Experience in selling products to current customers

  • A keen attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate up, down, and across the business

  • Experience and success working directly with customers

  • Demonstrable problem solving and process improvement skills

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • A work hard, play hard mentality

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
