JOB TITLE: Associate - {TE7741359}

DWS Investment Management Americas, Inc., seeks an Associate in Boston, MA to review and enhance the market risk management program for DWS US-managed products. Requires a Master's degree in Financial Risk Management, Finance or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience supporting principal activities of market risk function, and investment risk, and the management of economic risk exposures impacting assets managed by the organization; performing market risk analyses impacting assets, by utilizing cash flow projections, duration/convexity metrics, and scenario analysis metrics; ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and making policies and procedures adjustments; providing reports summarizing the market risk exposures for key stakeholders; supporting the allocation of investment return and risk across product including risk profiles across products and products lines; monitoring equity risk exposure by calculating notional exposures and estimating equity values under shock scenarios; working with business parties to supply scenarios needed to carry out analysis for pricing and risk assessment; performing asset modeling, considering unique characteristics of each asset class; perform analysis of derivative exposure and related risks for investment or hedge purpose; and running SQL queries and compiling results using Microsoft Excel for analysis to create risk reports presented to the board. *Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.* Salary: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
