Overview

This position sits with the Institutional Client Group (ICG). ICG facilitates primary origination, distribution, and secondary market-making of Fixed Income and Currencies product suite and financing to institutional clients. This includes financials, asset managers, pension funds, insurers, hedge funds, private equity, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds.

What You'll Do

  • Develop strong relationships with partners, portfolio managers, principals, and capital markets professionals at the clients you cover

  • Learn how to manage and execute foreign exchange (FX) spot, swaps, forwards, options, and correlation products across all currencies

  • Work collaboratively with product partners in trading and structuring to deliver creative solutions for your client base

  • Client wallet share analysis as well as helping generate new revenue opportunities for FX

  • New business development, including new product/markets/geographies

  • Drive sales growth by creating new / developing existing relationships both in North America and globally

Skills You'll Need

  • Strong interpersonal skills for developing new client relationships and communicating with various Deutsche Bank teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Macroeconomic experience analyzing geopolitical trends

  • Be a team player - anticipating and solving problems for the group

  • Have a consistent sense of urgency around doing ones best delivering at or before deadlines

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and emotional intelligence

  • Detail oriented and driven to succeed in a complex, fast-moving environment

  • Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced, time sensitive work environment

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $135K to $175K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
