Shifts Available:

  • 1st shift -Monday-Friday: 6am-2pm or 6:30am-2:30pm or 7am-3pm
  • 2nd shift -Monday-Friday: 2pm-10pm or 2:30pm-10:30pm or 3pm-11pm
  • 3rd shift - Sunday to Thursday: 10pm-6am or 10:30pm-6:30am

Pay Rate: Starting at $32.94+ per hour. We offer additional $2/hr for 2nd&3rd shift.

What You Will Do: As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our metal fabrication processes on our industrial floor. Your daily tasks will involve troubleshooting and repairing both mechanical and minor electrical components of our machinery. As a Maintenance Technician you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team of professionals to ensure our equipment operates smoothly. This Maintenance technician position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, perfect for someone who thrives on teamwork and enjoys a low-stress workplace. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment and high-tech metal fabrication processes.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components of machinery used in metal fabrication.
  • Create new or replacement parts using existing fabrication equipment.
  • Use maintenance software to prioritize tasks and record results.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area through daily preventive maintenance and housekeeping (5S).
  • Safely operate material handling equipment as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • At least two years of mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift, up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours daily.
  • Proficiency with basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Basic computer skills for using maintenance software.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, electrical schematics, and equip ment manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Background in Maintenance Technician for Industrial Manufacturing
