Fincantieri Marinette Marine, a Fincantieri Marine Group Company, is a progressive shipyard specializing in building ships for the United States Navy. We currently have an opportunity for Change Program Manager at our Marinette, Wisconsin location. POSITION SUMMARY The Change Program Manager is a position within the Program Management Organization and has oversight responsibilities for the day-to-day management of change/modifications throughout the organization, including but not limited to, customer change requests, internal modifications, producibility business cases, and assistance in the make-buy progress. The Change Program Manager will provide guidance and leadership in planning, procurement, engineering and, customer negotiations; serve as the Program Manager for special projects, such as the PLM database; and represent the company in change control board meetings, contracts negotiation sessions, and customer meetings. The Change Program Manager has responsibility for ensuring changes/modifications are approved and funded prior to the organization executing. Strong reporting and presentation skills are required as the position serves as the focal point for all change reporting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
