Fincantieri Marinette Marine, a Fincantieri Marine Group Company, is a progressive shipyard specializing in building ships for the United States Navy. We currently have an opportunity for an EHS Coordinator at our Marinette, Wisconsin location.
POSITION SUMMARY The role of the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator is to provide alignment, support and ongoing maintenance of various program areas within the EHS function. This includes but is not limited to federal, local & state compliance, worker's compensation, employee medical and personnel records, and special projects. Environmental Health & Safety function at our shipyard covers significant heavy manufacturing that takes place both in several fab shops, as well as on the waterfront across our vast, 56-acre facility. The successful candidate will support the 1,000+ working men and woman on our waterfront by passionately pursuing innovative and effective safety solutions that focus primarily on employee well being, manufacturing efficiency and environmental awareness.
