The purpose of this role is work closely with the Sr Director of International Sales and Distribution on the day to day running of a quickly growing medical device company. Applicants for this position must be flexible and willing to take on a wide range of tasks - from strategic projects to day to day administrative tasks. (+ Marketing, Organization). We are looking for a dedicated, high-performing and accountable individual with Medtech experience who wishes to serve in a sales and marketing coordinator position, on a technology that is changing the cardiovascular landscape. The primary focus will be on sales support activities that might range from more strategic projects, contributing to the execution of marketing programs and events to daily administrative tasks. This is a role that will be vital to the International Reducer team and company's success in the region. Essential Job Functions MANAGEMENT OF HCP's DECLARATION (CONSULTANT CONTRACTS & CONFERENCES)
- Interacts with service providers (e.g., congress organizers) to settle logistical points, stand location, display, communication and symposium details, according to managerial and marketing decisions.
- Ensures the follow-up of HCP's contracts, fees and CNOM declaration.
- Coordinates the logistics for HCP's for the services they provide.
- Maintains compliance with all DMOS and FMV rules.
- Informs and keeps up to date with the latest developments in terms of regulations.
- Med Ed admin (working with legal, US Med Ed team, SpeakCore system and sales team to initiate and complete customer contracts).
- Collects CVs from physicans.
MARKETING
- Provides administrative support to sales and marketing team.
- Produces documents, letters, reports and presentations as and when requested.
- Selects service providers to organize meetings and seminars, according to the needs expressed by the manager.
- Implements mailings and ensures their execution.
- Responsible for the iPurchase POs request process, for all marketing and administrative initiatives.
- Manages marketing finances, tracking program budgets and measuring success of key initiatives.
- Drives submission and routing for internal approval of all new marketing materials .
- Manages the stock of promotional products, brochures, marketing tools, etc. in accordance with internal procedures and in collaboration with the international marketing and regulatory department.
- Collaborates on the development and distribution of marketing collateral to the sales team.
DOCUMENTATION & PROCEDURES
- Follows the process flow of documents submitted for signature and makes the necessary reminders, in application of internal procedures.
- Identifies and proposes suppliers; launches calls for tender, briefs agencies, monitors their implementation.
- Monitors department budget with the Manager and checks that invoices and POs match; obtains approvals and then to sends to accounting department.
- Checks whether payment has been made, in the event of a complaint from suppliers.
- Works closely with the supplier accounting department (payments) and with the finance department (accruals and closures), monitors advance payments and claims final invoices.
COMPLAINT HANDLING MANAGEMENT * Deals with local language complaints: key interface between local sales team and US based complaints team to ensure timely submissions of complaints in English. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven marketing experience in Medtech is required.
- Knowledge of CNOM & FMV procedures.
- Knowledge of IT applications, including MS Office and InDesign
- Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, operating as a team and independently, adapting to changing requirements.
- Fluency in French and English required, both written and spoken.
- Based in France with a willingness to travel within France and some EU countries and occasionally to the USA.
- Digital Marketing experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in interventional cardiology is desirable but not essential.
