Description:

Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Responsibilities:

Experience with running reports in Google Sheets Systems audit experience Ability to differentiate trends and relationships from a base of complex information and to relate and compare data from different sources and identifying relationships Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Must Have Skills (Most Important):

Running Detailed Reports, Rent Reconciliation's, Reading and Understanding Real Estate Contracts

Desired Skills:

Telecom experience, Manage and Conduct weekly and monthly calls, Administrative experience

Education/Certifications:

College degree, will accept at least 2 years experience in Real Estate or Telecommunications.
