Billing Project Coordinator

Should have experience in:

Construction Industry Billing/Progress billing: this includes AIA billing documents and creating SOVs (Schedule of Values)

Familiarity with Lien waivers

Customer contract review ability to determine customer s billing requirements from purchase orders/contract docs

Ability to work under pressure (deadlines) and handle a high volume workload with accuracy

Basic Excel skills (familiar with formulas)

Basic Math Skills

Also, experience with SAP ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamic platforms is not required, but a nice to have .
