We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cybersecurity Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive sales in the U.S. region. The ideal candidate will have a strong cybersecurity sales background, extensive knowledge of key compliance frameworks, and a proven track record of success in the industry.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in the U.S. region.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry contacts and networks.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate.


  • Client Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
    • Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored cybersecurity solutions.
    • Present Ampcus Cyber's products and services, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantages.


  • Compliance Knowledge:

    • Utilize extensive knowledge of PCI DSS, GDPR, HITRUST, and ISO 27001 to address client needs and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide insights and guidance on compliance-related issues, positioning Ampcus Cyber as a trusted advisor.


  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and technical support, to ensure client satisfaction and alignment of sales strategies.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.


  • Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.




Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Previous experience working in a cybersecurity company is required.


  • Technical Knowledge:

    • In-depth understanding of PCI DSS, GDPR, HITRUST, and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
    • Knowledge of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Security Operations Center (SOC) services is a significant advantage.


  • Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.


  • Additional Requirements:

    • Must be based in US
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
