Education, Training and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year logistics, or similar work experience
• Forklift Certified

• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
• Good interpersonal and communication (spoken/written) skills; ability to positively motivate and influence people
• Possess good manual dexterity and be able to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain a steady output
• Be able to lift, stoop, bend and perform various other physical activities throughout the day, which may include some heavy lifting at times
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Good reading and math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Highly reliable with demonstrated record of accomplishment

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages shipment of all products, materials, and supplies
• Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service, service providers, and others involved in the shipment of products
• Tracks status of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Helps manage inventory
• Works with production providing parts required by Work Tickets
• Receiving orders for stock
• Pulling, packing and loading shipments
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Properly store and maintain parts, tools, test equipment and documentation
• Notify manager when parts need replenished
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Flexibility to work 1^st or 2^nd shift as demands increase/decrease

Security Requirements
