Job Title: Cyber Security Sales Rep / Director Business Development and growth

Locations: Remote

Duration: Fulltime

Responsibilities include:

* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for the US markets, focusing on end-to-end sales of our Cyber Security solutions.

* Identify and prospect new business opportunities through targeted outbound efforts, networking, and attending industry events.

* Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends, providing valuable insights to the management team.

* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the target accounts, acting as a trusted advisor for their Cyber Security requirements.

* Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support and enhance lead generation campaigns, ensuring the successful conversion of marketing-generated leads into sales opportunities.

* Deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.

* Negotiate and close complex deals, demonstrating a deep understanding of our Cyber Security solutions and their value proposition to clients.

* Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover and implementation of projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term partnerships.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide continuous improvement and innovation to our sales process.

* Collaborate with the sales leadership to establish realistic sales targets, growth objectives, and overall sales strategies.

Key to success in this role:

* Manage and nurture a strong pipeline of leads, from initial contact to successful closure, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records in the tracking system

* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the target accounts

* Deep curiosity to learn new Cyber Security updates and technologies and apply them

* Intellectual agility and interpersonal flexibility

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to work with and collaborate across the team
