The business operates as a startup and is growing while reinventing the customer healthcare experience. The AHS Marketing team is seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and organized Site Merchandiser to join on an approximate 6 month contract (full time). The role of Site Merchandiser involves managing onsite merchandising for the AHS (Health Services) experience and other onsite locations including homepage, landing pages and banner locations throughout . This is a hybrid position; you must be available to work in either Seattle or San Francisco to be considered. As a Site Merchandiser, you will: - Support merchandising for launches across health services, along with creating and executing discovery campaigns. - Responsible for reviewing and updating the onsite content and managing onsite plans. - Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers. - Effectively build and publish content using internal tools. - Analyze performance of site content, report and seeking ways to improve. - Work closely with internal teams to meet business needs. - Develop and execute content experiments on messaging, imagery, and segmentation. - Contribute to outbound channel efforts. The successful candidate has demonstrated: - Customer obsession - High attention to detail, including precise and effective communications - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Superior verbal and written communications skills - Ability to execute compelling merchandising campaigns - Ability to analyze results of merchandising efforts - Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels As an applicant, you bring: - Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience - Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and to move quickly - 2-4 years category marketing/or web merchandising experience - Strong communication & Stakeholder management Additional position details: |
