Location: 10920 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 900024 Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with expertise in Six Sigma methodologies and Value Stream Mapping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing key projects aimed at process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency enhancement across the organization. Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and implementation of Six Sigma projects aimed at achieving measurable improvements in process performance. Apply DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) methodologies to identify and address critical business issues. Conduct comprehensive analysis using statistical tools and techniques to identify root causes and develop sustainable solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Utilize Value Stream Mapping to analyze current-state processes and design future-state improvements that drive efficiency and eliminate waste. Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on milestones and deliverables to senior management and stakeholders. Coach and mentor team members on Six Sigma principles and methodologies to build organizational capability and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout project lifecycle. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree, Master s degree preferred. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt strongly preferred. Proven experience as a Project Manager leading Six Sigma initiatives. Expertise in using statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Tableu) and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio). Strong knowledge of Value Stream Mapping techniques and Lean Manufacturing principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functional teams and organizational levels. PMP certification is a plus. |
