JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • We are seeking a candidate with experience in influencer marketing, specifically within the affiliate marketing space.
  • The Influencer Program is a global leader in online marketing and one of the largest external paid traffic channels . This position will focus on identifying, engaging, and managing influencer partnerships to drive new Prime member sign-ups through the Influencer Program. This includes researching and vetting potential influencer partners, negotiating contracts, providing content guidance and training, overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, and tracking performance.
  • This role is a perfect fit for you if you are an excellent communicator, social media savvy, highly organized, data driven, and are in-tune to industry trends and knowledge.


Responsibilities:


  • Support execution of strategic creator partnerships including reach out, negotiation, contract/payment execution, content monitoring and reporting
  • Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to Client prospective talent and track key performance metrics
  • Educate influencers on affiliate marketing and best practices to help drive day-to-day business and program engagement
  • Collaborate with influencer agencies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on building content inspiration and content briefs to drive influencer promotion
  • Propose and execute tech-based solutions to streamline existing processes
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute on strategic initiatives
  • Effectively manage communications with external creators and agencies


Education/Experience:


  • 2+ years in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing
  • 2+ years of cross functional experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • 2+ years working with external partners
  • Experience developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
