Business Process Mapping and Gap Analysis

Notes: Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 7 Years Experience in VISIO for defining HR workflow.

Required:

Experience with MS Excel, VISIO, General Project Management Software s preferably, JIRA.

Minimum of 7 years of working experience of HRIS systems in a State or Federal Government environment with program management experience.

Minimum of 7 Years Experience in VISIO for defining HR workflow.

Experience in requirement gathering and analysis, working with stake holders , workflows Business processing , Mapping and GAP analysis.

Seeking a business process analysts/subject matter expert (SME) support services to map the existing process, integration to various systems, current HR best practices, identify gaps of the existing systems ,document the gap, identify data source from source systems to the target systems.

Workday experience preferred.

Education Requirement Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
