Primary Responsibilities: Provide accurate and timely responses to Technology and Security-related due diligence or RFI/RFP requests from internal and external clients. Review and provide written comment/revisions to customer-facing contracts based on analysis of NYL Information Security policies and standards. Maintain a repository of approved responses via updates to response Library. Maintain deep understanding of organization wide objectives, interactions, issues and risks. Ensure proposed responses are complete and accurate Liaise with Risk Management, Technology and business areas, as needed

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; Business Management (IT focused, preferred). 3-5 years of experience in Information Security Regulatory role, preferably in a financial institution setting. Working knowledge of Information Security Policies and Standards; ability to apply understanding for complete and accurate responses to internal and external clients. Understand and utilize compliance reporting and organization skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow through to meet deadlines. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Works independently and with minimal direction to complete responses. Ability to work with Risk Management, Technology and business areas. Critical thinking ability to define the problem, apply research methods, and think strategically to recommend a course of action. Able to effectively influence others to modify their opinions, plans and behavior. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present information in differing degrees of detail and form depending on the audience. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.
