Provides customer support and account management duties to an assigned client base.

Job Duties:

* Serves as a single point of contact for existing clients, maintaining positive relationships.

* Addresses inquiries, answers questions, and provides information to accounts that are in good standing.

* Escalates complex service requests or potential new business opportunities to technical support or sales staff.

* Ensures CRM systems are accurately updated with client information.

Experience and Education:

Performs work under direct supervision.

Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
