Job Summary

Job Description

Support the Ft. Smith, Arkansas Engineering site in accomplishing engineering goals.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and modifying drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers and manufacturing to ensure that all customer requirements are met
• Review industry standards for requirements and compliance
• Create and modify BOM's and other documentation to support customer and manufacturing requirements
• Collaborate with all functions of the business in driving quality and process improvement initiatives
• Will work closely with leaders on expediting documentation changes

Minimum Qualification:

• Associates Degree in an applied science or engineering field desired or at least 60 hrs of technical education

Preferred Qualification:

• Enrolled in an Engineering Program
• 5+ years of electric motor manufacturing experience
• Possess strong problem-solving skills with experience in IHP motor design and process desired.
• Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills
