Join our Commodities and Global Markets team as a Commodity Logistics and Deal Management Vessel Operations Analyst with a focus in waterborne shipping and scheduling across the Oil and Agricultural space. Our Commodity Markets and Finance Division provides a full spectrum offering to clients with exposure to commodities. Our division provides risk management, financing, physical execution and logistics across the full spectrum of commodities and in all regions. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility In this role, you will work within the oil and agricultural commodity space managing vessel logistics and voyage operations as well as supporting physical oil and agricultural transactions throughout the Americas. You will also be working closely with internal stakeholders and groups on data and management reporting initiatives, insurance & compliance reporting tasks as well as funding management. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for effectively managing logistics and scheduling tasks within the deal portfolio including waterborne movements, inventory management and have deliverables for other internal stakeholder departments. You will build a robust knowledge of deal types within our platform, RightAngle, as well as with its interaction with Macquarie systems and processes. You will collaborate internally with our commodity trading desks, as well as other support areas in tax, market operations and legal. What you offer Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility Experience in tanker vessel operations and oil logistics Understanding of commodity scheduling and shipping risk Detail oriented with very strong analytical and problem-solving skills Possess a sense of urgency and accountability, ability to respond to tight deadline requirements Experience in RightAngle would be a plus A desire to learn and have exposure to ancillary operational areas such as profit and loss reporting, position management, funding, compliance reporting, tax and insurance.
