Final Inspector - Rework - 2nd Shift

Final Inspector - Rework

Job Purpose:

Support the Electrical Test and Final Inspection Process and in process inspection of thru-hole, surface mount, and fine pitch bare printed circuit boards by rework and inspection of non conforming product.

Nature of Duties:

Additional skills flexibly within the team to successfully complete rework tasks. Work with Inspection and Quality supervisors in dealing with priorities, and interfacing with engineering, final inspection, and electrical test support functions and shop management.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 to 4years experience
• Ability to perform short removal, soldering and solder mask rework and touchup.
• Ability to use microscopes, calipers, micrometer, and gages.
• Inspection ofproduct for conformance to customer and industry specifications.
• This individual must be able to read customer blue prints, hole chart and tolerance requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
