Description How does a sign-on bonus of (minimum) $2,500 sound to you? We are looking for a Survey Project Coordinator to join our Land Surveying Department in one of our three Massachusetts offices in Boston, Lawrence, or Worcester! Responsibilities Coordinate projects using research gathered in the field and drafting and initial QA/QC as directed by the project managers. Engage with client on project requirements. Provide daily direction, train, assist and mentor CAD technicians work on survey projects. Review production, quality, and compliance to assure alignment with company standards. Assist in revising standards if requested. Review procedures of all employees under your supervision. Assist Project Managers in ensuring deliverables meet schedule deadlines within the budget. Perform boundary research, produce a property line determination, and review with the Professional Land Surveyor (PLS). Provide progress updates to the Project Manager. Assist Project Managers with scheduling survey personnel. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in Land Surveying. Strong experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
