As a member of the Dewberry Disaster Recovery Services (DRS) group, you will collaborate with some of the best and brightest in the industry to support critical recovery efforts in disaster-impacted communities. Resource and Deployment Manager: Responsibilities The Resource and Deployment Manager supports the DRS group with maintaining resource readiness, task order staff selection, deployment logistics and task order management on our disaster recovery contracts. They assist with the maintenance of a large roster of internal and subcontractor resources with skills and experience necessary to execute future task order assignments, identify and recommend qualified, available staff for the requested roles, manage, and support the deployment of staff to field operations, and monitor and record staff performance, in addition to other responsibilities. The urgency of the work often requires availability outside of normal office hours, including weekends.
