Travel Program Manager

We are seeking a Travel Program Manager within our Procurement team at our Global Headquarters in Allentown, PA! This role is responsible for overseeing the Company's global travel management program, including mobility, travel policy compliance, and supplier relationships. You will play a crucial role in sourcing strategies, process improvement, and driving cost-effective travel practices.

Required Skills / Abilities:
  • Expertise in Corporate travel management, including market knowledge and experience with travel management companies, carriers, and service providers

  • Commercial and contractual skills with knowledge of pre-award and post-award phases

  • Strong data analytics capabilities, proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and advanced functions)

  • Experience delivering training and presentations to senior management stakeholders

  • Negotiating skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders

Preferred but not required:
  • B.S. Degree in Business or related field

  • At least five years' experience in a corporate travel management role

  • Experience managing supplier relationships and collaborating across functions

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategies for commercial contracting negotiations and implementation of travel categories

  • Develop, maintain, and manage the Global Travel Policy, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements

  • Collaborate with businesses to drive cost-effective buying behaviors and innovative supplier solutions

  • Manage supplier performance and relationships at senior levels of supplier organizations

  • Monitor and communicate changes in market conditions to optimize travel spend and minimize risk

  • Provide training to internal teams on travel tools and processes, ensuring best practices are followed

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
  • B.S. Degree in Business or related field

  • Five or more years of experience in a corporate travel management role

  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics and Excel-based reporting
