Reimagine What's Possible We are seekingaMaintenance Superintendentfor our Port Arthur, TX facility. The Maintenance Superintendent will lead the Port Arthur maintenance team and have maintenance responsibility for two Steam Methane Reformer (SMR) with integrated gas turbine generators, and CO2 capture facilities at both SMR's, supporting enhanced oil recovery. The Site is tied into an existing hydrogen pipeline system that spans from New Orleans to the Houston Ship Channel and supplies hydrogen to the integrated supply network for consumption by customers across to Gulf Coast Franchise. The Maintenance Superintendent is expected to build strong relationships with the plant and regional support teams as well as local contractors. Our Maintenance Superintendent is a key member of the West Gulf Coast Leadership Team and has responsibility for a broad range of duties focused on ensuring all elements of operational discipline are in place and functioning properly at the Facility. As the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be required to gain an understanding of all aspects of the Site's operation with a specific focus on leadership skills as a site leader. You are responsible for the overall maintenance of the Port Arthur and Westlake facilities including safety, plant reliability, implementing productivity improvements, budget management, customer interface and turnarounds. This position reports to the West Gulf Coast Regional Maintenance Manager. Job Responsibilities:
