Description Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Installation Access Technician to join our security business unit. Primary Responsibilities: Complete Scope of Work for assigned projects which may include some combination of the following: Review and comprehend assigned Scope of Work for each project assigned Verification of pre-packed equipment for project Installation, programming, training as contracted Work as a liaison between the Customer and Project Manager as needed Fulfill all job completion tasks as required (submittal of notes and other required paperwork) Maintain timesheet and daily activity log Assist in field training of entry level technicians as needed Troubleshoot and provide necessary technical support as needed for both Customer and other technicians Communicate closely with Project Manager to provide status updates, collaborate and resolve issues Participate in after-hours on-call coverage rotation Handle warranty issues on new installs for 90 days after completion Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Two (2) years of Technical School (preferably in Electronics Training or equivalent Military Training Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Ability to wire and troubleshoot relay logic. Ability to operate hand and power tools. Must be able to operate a fleet vehicle in a safe manner at all times Ability to communicate and provide exceptional customer service at all times Ability to apply networking knowledge to day-to-day installations Advanced Computer skills and database knowledge Disclaimer: This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
