Customer Support Coordinator

Description

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Support Coordinator to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Serve as a liaison between customers and Security Source
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure timely fulfillment of all corporate requests
  • Provide daily reporting on all corporate projects to customers and Security Source
  • Access customer websites remotely to assess site needs
  • Mobilize technicians/installers when necessary to address site requirements
  • Place orders for necessary equipment to establish online presence for sites
  • Collaborate across functions to understand existing processes and establish expected outcomes and timelines
  • Assist technicians/installers in troubleshooting equipment issues once client site installation is complete
  • Provide support to Service and Project Teams as needed for non-corporate requests


Basic Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, helpdesk support, or technical support
  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google platforms, including Excel and Docs



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with CCTV security systems
  • Ability to read and interpret site floor plans
  • Experience in managing multiple locations and timelines
  • Familiarity with computer-based ticketing systems
