Program Manager- St. Jude Graduate School

The Program Manager will support the administrative responsibilities of the Director of Student Affairs and the Director of Faculty Affairs through program development and content creation for activities for Graduate School faculty and students.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and developing student support services as well as health and wellness resources and activities
  • Assisting with career and academic advising procedures for students
  • Supporting the development of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for faculty and students
  • Collaborating with the Director of Student Affairs and the Director of Faculty Affairs as well as additional key stakeholders to facilitate adherence to all guidelines and administrative assessment criteria
  • Tracking faculty performance measures regularly to assess program success and to ensure accuracy in faculty processes
  • Overseeing the processes that support regional and program specific accreditation to include regular monitoring and evaluation of institutional effectiveness, as well as implement changes required for improvement
  • Creating or assisting in the creation of communication, training, and presentations for faculty development in support of a culture for continuous quality improvement
  • Designing and maintaining operating procedures in support of faculty management
  • Participating in accreditation and reaccreditation/authorization process as assigned.

Minimum Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum Experience: 4+ years experience in program management and delivery.
  • Experience designing and managing programs with focus on customer needs.
  • Experience in program budget tracking, reporting and risk management.
  • Proven experience engaging with senior leaders to facilitate decision making.
  • Experience providing guidance and mentorship within program management team.
  • Some experience driving continuous program improvement projects.

Compensation

In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $78,000 - $139,360 per year for the role of Program Manager- St. Jude Graduate School.
