Project Manager (PM) (S) *Notional Opportunity* Operations

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage TO operations, to include but not limited to the planning, implementation, and management of TO activities and resources.
  2. Accountable to DS/RSO, DS/OPO/WPS, and the GTM for the schedule, performance, and quality of TO activities and resources.
  3. Implement program strategies to mitigate risk and maintain continuity of operations in accordance with the TO requirements.
  4. Provide leadership, management, and direction, in coordination with the PM, for TO Contractor personnel.
  5. Serve as the OCONUS Contractor principal point of contact with DS/RSO and the DS/OPO/WPS GTM.
  6. Coordinate with CONUS and OCONUS Contractor management in developing professional relationships with OCONUS personnel including, but not limited to:


  1. Chief of Mission (COM) personnel
  2. RSO and RSO staff
  3. Private security personnel working for the Department or other Government agencies
  4. U.S. and foreign diplomatic personnel
  5. Foreign security personnel
  6. Host nation law enforcement


  1. Ensure timely and accurate reporting, as outlined in the TO and in this contract.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a U.S. citizen.
  2. Must possess either:


  1. A Master's degree from an accredited institution and seven (7) years of applicable work experience.

    1. A minimum of five (5) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing Government security-type programs, specifically personal protection, emergency response team, or guard force.
    2. A minimum of three (3) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience.

  2. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and eight (8) years of applicable work experience.

    1. A minimum of seven (7) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing Government security-type programs, specifically personal protection, emergency response team, or guard force.
    2. A minimum of five (5) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience.

  3. An Associate's degree from an accredited institution and thirteen (13) years of applicable work experience.

    1. A minimum of ten (10) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing Government security-type programs, specifically personal protection, emergency response team, or guard force.
    2. A minimum of seven (7) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience.

  4. Fifteen (15) years of applicable work experience providing services on WPS III and/or any of its predecessor contracts or other DS-related security program.

    1. A minimum of ten (10) years of this experience must have been work in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing Government security-type programs, specifically personal protection, emergency response team, or guard force.
    2. A minimum of seven (7) years of this experience must have been supervisory experience.

  5. Possession of a PMP certification (www.pmi.org) will be considered to be equivalent to possessing two (2) years of applicable work experience.


  1. Must attend and successfully complete a supervisory course meeting the requirements established in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 1, Position Descriptions, Section 1.2.C.
