Harkcon, Inc. is an SDVOSB consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Human Capital & Organizational Performance Solutions, Program Management Services, Training & Development, and Staff Augmentation.

Responsibilities and Duties

Harkcon is looking for an Executive Administrator to support the CISA Cybersecurity Division (CSD). CSD leads the Nation's strategic and unified work to strengthen the security, resilience, and workforces of the cyber ecosystem to protect critical services. The Executive Administrator will support all areas related to administrative support for the CSD. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Role:

  • Compose, type and disseminate reports, documents, phone and/or email correspondence in addition to all other necessary written correspondence
  • Manage calendars for the executives and stakeholders; demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
  • Arrange and reserve conference rooms, catering, audio/video, and other essential services as needed for meetings and events.
  • Participate in meetings / calls and develop business communication materials such as debrief emails, memos, and necessary announcements as directed by executives
  • Maintain organization of all filing systems including (but not limited to) shared folders, email retention, as well as document repositories.
  • Work in CISA's formal tasking tool to receive and distribute tasks to internal stakeholders as well as assign, track, and maintain tasks sent out across the agency

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of direct experience in Administration
  • 10+ years of experience managing or directing executive strategies involving executive secretariat guidelines
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Must be detail oriented and organized with excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance

  • Salary Range: $100,000-$170,000 to commensurate with experience, education, etc.
